These terms and conditions govern the use of Dekers Dépannage services.
1. Services
Dekers Dépannage offers roadside assistance, towing and insurance assistance services for all vehicle types in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
2. Pricing
Prices are communicated before any intervention. The final price depends on distance, type of intervention and vehicle. No hidden fees will be applied.
3. Liability
Dekers Dépannage undertakes to take all necessary precautions during the roadside assistance and transport of your vehicle. Our liability is limited to damages directly caused by our intervention.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation after our team has departed may incur travel charges. These charges will be communicated to you in advance.
5. Complaints
For any complaint, please contact us by phone. We are committed to processing your request as quickly as possible.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
